Directions: |

In a small non reactive bowl mix all the ingredients. It's important to store this blend in a air tight container. This will keep the sugar from clumping up. |

This blend works great on all cuts of pork. Remember when seasoning more not better. When seasoning ribs make sure to coat both sides lightly with the blend. One quick secret, when making the blend for ribs you can always add half granulated white sugar and half light brown sugar. This will give you a richer carmel taste.
