Whisk together the first 6 ingredientsin a small bowl until emulsified. Stir in chives; season with sath and pepper. Chill for 30 minutes before using.
Chef Notes:
Serve with mixed greens or spinach. This dressing also compliments all types of grilled and broiled fish. This vinaigrette can also be used as a marinade for fish and poultry. Always make sure to mix a double batch.
