Directions: |

| |
Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs incorporating well. Sift in salt, flour, baking soda mixing thoroughly. Fold in mashed bananas and chopped nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |

This recipe can also be divided into 3 mini loaf pans. In most cases this reduces the cooking time by 10 minutes. Use the toothpick test before removing form the oven. Let bread rest 5 minutes before releasing the bread from the pan. Place on cookie rack to cool. Serve with Bobbie's cinnamon butter.
