Cut avocados in half and remove to pit. With a spoon scoop out fresh and place in small bowl. Mash avocados with a fork. Blend in sour cream and incorporate well. Add minced garlic and jalapenos. Stir in fresh lime juice and season with kosher salt. For the finishing touch stir in the cayenne pepper sauce and chill till ready to serve.
